1 General Terms
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the rules for the online purchase of group and individual tickets for the attractions offered by Sensorium, located in Riga, Galerija Centrs, Audēju iela 16, 4th floor), hereinafter referred to as the “Museum”.
Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.sensorium.lv/ and the purchase means that the buyer acknowledges the visitor regulations for the attraction for which the ticket is being purchased. Visitor rules for each attraction are available at https://www.sensorium.lv/ .
The purchase of tickets online is possible by registering https://www.sensorium.lv/ and accepting the points related to consent for the processing of personal data, as well as after making the payment through the DECTA system.
2 Online Purchase, General Principles
During one login session, you can buy up to 30 individual tickets, which give the owner(s) the right to enter the exhibition zone.
Group ticket sales online are currently not available. Please send us a request to the email info@neredzamapasaule.lv to receive a better offer and an invoice.
You can only log in to one account from a single device, using one tab in one browser window at a time.
Each individual ticket reservation online will be assigned a unique transaction number with the possibility to pay the total amount for all reservations at once.
Payments for online purchases can only be made through DECTA with a credit card approved by the DECTA system, via electronic bank transfer or in other forms, provided by DECTA through the https://www.sensorium.lv/ website. Information about whether the system supports the bank from which the payment transaction will be made can be found at https://www.sensorium.lv/ .
Within 30 minutes after the end of the online purchase, the system will send an email to the email address specified in the profile with confirmation and transaction number, as well as an invoice with the specified details, which is saved in PDF format and serves as a ticket to the Museum.
The return policy for purchased tickets is specified in the “Sensorium Visitor Regulations”.
3 Final Provisions
The Centre reserves the right to make changes to these rules. The amended rules will be published online https://www.sensorium.lv/ and provided at the Museum's Ticket Offices.
These rules are an integral part of the Museum and “Sensorium – Visitor Regulations”, which are available online at https://www.sensorium.lv/ . All issues not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the “Sensorium museum visitor regulations”.
The prices of tickets purchased online are the same as the prices listed in the price list at https://www.sensorium.lv/ .
