Terms and conditions for online tickets
General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set forth the rules for group and individual ticket purchases online for the attractions offered by Sensorium, located at - Riga, Galerija Centrs, Audēju iela 16, 4th floor, hereinafter referred to as the "Museum".
Tickets can be purchased online https://www.sensorium.lv/, and the purchase means that the buyer acknowledges the visitor regulations of the attraction for which the ticket is being purchased. The visitor regulations for each attraction are available https://www.sensorium.lv/.
Online ticket purchasing is possible by registering https://www.sensorium.lv/ and accepting the terms related to consent for the processing of personal data, as well as after making payment through the DECTA system.
Online Purchase, General Principles
During a single application session, you can purchase up to 30 individual tickets, which entitle the holder(s) to enter the exhibition area.
Group ticket sales online are currently not available. Please send us a request via email to info@neredzamapasaule.lv to receive a better offer and invoice.
Only one account can be applied for concurrently from one device, using one tab in one browser window.
Each individual ticket reservation made online will be assigned a unique transaction number with the option to pay the total amount for all reservations at once.
Payments for purchases online can only be made through DECTA with a payment card accepted by the DECTA system, via electronic bank transfer, or in other forms, which DECTA provides through https://www.sensorium.lv/ website. Information about whether the system serves the bank from which the payment transaction will be made can be found https://www.sensorium.lv/.
Within 30 minutes after the completion of the online purchase, the system will send an email to the profile indicated email address with confirmation and transaction number, as well as an invoice with the specified data, saved in PDF format, which serves as a ticket to the Museum.
The return policy for purchased tickets is stated in the “Sensorium Return Policy”.
Final Provisions
The Centre reserves the right to amend these terms. The amended terms will be published online https://www.sensorium.lv/ and provided at the museum's Ticket Offices.
These terms are an integral part of the museum and “Sensorium – Visitor Regulations”, which are available online https://www.sensorium.lv/ . All matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the “Sensorium Museum Visitor Regulations”.
The prices of tickets purchased online are the same as the prices listed in the price list https://www.sensorium.lv/.
The operation of the company and website is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

3 Final Provisions
The Centre reserves the right to make changes to these rules. The amended rules will be published online https://www.sensorium.lv/ and provided at the Museum's Ticket Offices.

The company "Sensorium" has received social enterprise status, an ALTUM EU grant, as well as completed the "New Door" social entrepreneurship accelerator, the "Antistartup" accelerator, and gained recognition in the SEB bank grant competition for social enterprise ideas "It will grow well 2020", and also reached the finals of "It will grow well 2022" and "Upward 2022".
